The 2 chairs are in good to very good larger wingback chair has some small rips in the upholstery (courtesy of my 4 year old) which are covered by the armrest protectors. My second story floor gets wet spots when it rains hard. I'm guessing that I have a leaky roof, but why does the floor get spots (and not the ceiling)?
