Answer 14No offense but you have got to be kidding me, right? A wedding is one day and usually its more than a little over dramatized by the woman because she thinks she has found her prince and he has swept her off her feet. And so usually some women get that big cinderella gown and have the huge lavish event. Which I say is trully unnecessary because her parents are the ones that have to pay for all that end the end. And yea its a celebrated day and you get anniversaries for being married too on that day. As for the marriage that is the legal relationship after the wedding day. As some say its no different than dating. But I say you are way more serious about someone that is your husband or wife than a mere boyfriend or girlfriend. Besides that you are living together possibly raising a family, worrying about bills and other important things as that. But you have to work hard at your marriage. A wedding can take months to plan but only ends in one day. A marriage takes the rest of your life if you and your partner care enough about each other to make it work out for that long. Hopefully you see the difference now.
Answer 15The marriage is the relationship that you have with your spouse after the wedding. The wedding is the ceremony, celebration, or exchanging of vows.
Answer 16Suzy i love your icon....so cute.... A marriage is the joining of two people together in holy rite a sacrament at a church, temple or synagogue ...or a marriage is a joining of two people in a civil ceremony at a courthouse. In both cases they are all married. One is religious and the other is not just done to be legal in the sight of the law. The "wedding" is the whole deal....from start to finish....the actual function.....the entrance into the place where the marriage is held, the words spoken, the music played and the exit out of the building. Don't forget the "reception" most people when married have a eating, drinking and dancing get together after the marriage has been held and the people have left the wedding ceremony and meet in a church hall or at a different place like a nice restaurant or club house. The wedding couple cuts their wedding cake there and meets with their friends...she throws her bouquet and her woman friends who are single sees which one can catch it then they are supposed to be the next one to get married...then they leave soon for the honeymoon enough said...lol....oh yes the groom's friends ties cans on to the back of the car and writes just married on the car....before they leave....bye I hope this helped Mama Jazzy Geri
