Answer 2That depends upon which country you happen to be in. In Australia many of the motogp racers start out as motocross riders as there are no classes till the kids are teenagers.
Answer 3ok so if ur talking about street bikes the person needs to no how to ride decently and i wood say 13 for that and if motocross a little bit less then decent at least b able to move the bike, because u can suck at riding and make it move u can race but u have to be like 4 so for that 1 i wood say 4 yeers of age and i ride dirtbikes i got the hang of it in 3 weeks. hav a nice ride :)
Answer 4Does anyone understand a word of what the bloke above is saying? I have read it three times and the only conclusion I can arrive it, is that English must be a second language for him. There is no usual age for racers to start but safe to say that in the main they all started pretty young. Actual road racing series do not exsist for the very young but mini moto does and they are getting on those at a very young age. Are you asking at what age they start racing or at what age they start riding bikes? As others have said a lot of them started out off road from the age when ever they could physically ride a bike - four or so. Organised racing will start out around the 11 year old mark but is dependant on where you are from.
Answer 5Got to agree with Shuggie mac. the kids around here started to ride mini moto bikes at the age of 3 and were racing motox at the age of 6 some of the teens are still doing Motox but some are starting the supermoto or doing trackdays on anything they can get there hands on. some not all are blindingly quick, but at age 14 with 11 yrs of riding behind them, what do you expect.
