Answer 3I think you just have to look for a new pair. I wear glasses and had exactly the same problem with the frame of my old pair. Just tell your optician and he should be able to go through a range that are suitable and remember to ask if they can be exchanged as you won't know if they hurt until you wear them for a sustainable amount of time. Good luck.
Answer 4Go to the opticians to ask them to adjust them properly.
Answer 5Believe me no amount of adjustment will work if you wear them for long periods of time. I get the same with my glasses , the most annoying part of it is geting spots or sores where the little "comfort" pads rest on the sides of your upper nose soreness behind the ears ... very annoying indeed. I have found no workaround to resolve these 2 problems.
Answer 6I painted mine with clear nail varnish as I was reacting to the plastic used. Try cleaning the pads with a spirit based cleaner first as it may be a build up of skin detritus that is causing a reaction. My present ones are very mobile even though the screws are tight.
Answer 7You can get the optician to change the little support pads to a soft silicone.

Glasses are something You shouldna€™t avoid.
Answer 9The options are that the bridge is ill-fitting or that it contains nickel which you might be allergic to.
