i think u repeated d question...anyways, same answer and extra 2 points for me :-D ----- Ur eyes take up a lot of strain...so do ur shoulders and back and other parts of ur body if ur posture is not right... Check out: /computerey... they have some exercises for the eyes... I work on a computer atleast 8 hrs per day and i take a breather every hour...jus focus on a distant object, try to walk around for couple mins...relax shoulders and get back to work... for posture, chk out ... or ./policies/go... there is a doc in the 2nd link which tells u how to avoid stress due to incorrect posture.. ( i have a bad posture and have shoulder and back pains frequently :-( ...)
