Best Answer To Other Spain Question
I've been to Provence in February. It was pleasant, went to the beach, there were naked people. I can't imagine Spain would be cooler. Maui, then Spain?, why stop there? You might as well keep on going. Try Australia. Alright, I'm jealous, I had to cancel my two week trip to Maui and Kaui this fall and haven't been to Europe since '98.

Answer 1It all depends on where you are going and what you want to do. Inland can be quite chilly with snow on the Siera Nevada, but great if you want to ski The coastal resorts would be much warmer with occasional rain but it normally doesn't last for long. If you like the beach then you can sunbathe but the water is unlikely to be warm enough to swim in. If you want to go sight seeing then it's ideal, you don't have to put up with the heat or too many tourists at the popular destinations. There are obviously less daylight hours at this time of year and it can be quite cool in the mornings and after the sun goes down. I would suggest May when the weather is warmer, days are longer, the kids are still at school and it's not over run with tourists But Spain is great any time of year Anna
Answer 2like the person says above it realy depends on what ur looking for... if your looking to get away to somewhere warmer than the uk for a bit, then yes, its fine!!.but dont expect to get a sun tan, cuz you wont!......but it will still be warmer then the uk. it might be a 'bit chiily' in the evenings, but thats about it, apart from the odd rain storm!...there is a reason they have high pavements in spain, and thats because, when it rains it BLOODY POURS,,,,,,,,,,the streets can become rivers so quickley...... again, is depends where your going and wht ur looking for. the sieerra nevada is great this time of year, ski till your hearts content......but i guess if you are going to spain, its not to be in the cold snowy weather..... if you tell me what your after i may be able to give you some good tips on where to go.... the best thing about that time of year is that, flights and accomodation are cheap, and its not to busy everywhere ;-)

The Weekend Gardener
How to Have A Beautiful Garden. Meet Fred. He's probably a lot like you. He is a weekend gardener who wants to:
1) Improve his property and enjoy the fresh air
2) Feel rich soil between his fingers, and
3) Enjoy the fruits of his labor.
That's the operative word . . . labor . . . Fred spends every daylight hour on Saturdays and Sundays working himself to exhaustion!
Then he hauls his aching body back to his job to rest!
Is there a better way? You bet there is and you can find it in The busy persons guide to a beautiful backyard garden, The Weekend Gardener.
And believe it or not you can do it in just a few hours on the weekend!"
