Practice the music in sections. Break down 10 and half sheet music into smaller sections. Memorize bit by bit. It can be done but takes some effort. Memorize 2-3 page a day. Practice each small sections (8-16 measures) for 10-15 minutes and rotate those sections. The next time you have exams, make sure to start early. I think you have at least 3 months to digest all the materials.
